Make your deposit.
A $10,000 deposit will provide you with priority placement on Legacy Pointe at UCF’s Knights Reserve Club future resident program. Your $10,000 deposit will be credited toward the full entrance fee amount due to the specific residence you select, upon move-in.
Choose your castle.
You will have the opportunity to select your top two floor plan preferences. When either of your preferred floor plans becomes available, you will receive a call and be able to accept or deny that residence option.
- The first or second decline of one of your top two floor plan preferences will allow you to maintain your priority standing in the Knights Reserve Club.
- A third decline for the available residence offered (one of your top two floor plan preferences) will trigger one of two options:
- You may request a full refund of your $10,000 deposit and you will be removed from the program.
- Your Knights Reserve Club standing will be moved to a lower priority and a 2%-per-month amortization of the $10,000 deposit will begin. Any remaining portion of the $10,000 deposit will be applied as a credit toward the remainder of the entrance fee once you select a Legacy Pointe at UCF residence.
