Pricing for our one-bedroom apartments include a monthly service fee starting at $3,646, with an entrance fee starting at $328,661. The entrance fee is 90% refundable for single individuals, and 80% refundable for couples. The entrance fee also includes a lifecare benefit that provides substantial savings if care is needed in the future.

Yes. Your entrance fee will depend on the size of the home you choose. It provides you residency at Legacy Pointe at UCF’s independent living community and grants access to all on-site amenities, services and activities. Additionally, it includes the protection of lifecare, ensuring your access to a full continuum of care, if you ever need it.

Yes. Think of the monthly fee as a consolidation of all the bills and costs of living in a single-family home. Your monthly fee will pay for all maintenance, housekeeping, your meal plan, scheduled transportation, water, basic cable, electricity, unlimited use of common spaces and campus amenities, and much more. The amount you pay depends on the size of home you choose and whether you live with a second person. A second person pays a significantly lower monthly fee.

Yes. They’re family, too! We’re a “pet friendly” independent living community and welcome dogs, cats, birds and fish upon approval. Be sure to ask about the pet policy and approval process and the “pet friendly” areas of campus.
