Visitation Policy

Objective: To make certain that each resident receives appropriate and safe visitation
Standard: Visitation is allowed in resident rooms, common areas, and outdoors.
Guidelines:
- Visitors are allowed at all hours of the day. We have a gated community and security staff at the gate who will allow entrance for visitors. If no staff is at the gate, visitors may use the call button at the gate to contact concierge or security for admission. After hours, visitors may need to use a button located outside the main entrance to the skilled nursing area to request admission if the doors are locked.
- Visitors who do not feel good are asked to defer non-urgent in-person visitation to help us keep our residents and staff healthy and prevent the spread of germs.
