Make your deposit.
A $10,000 deposit will provide you with priority placement on Legacy Pointe at UCF’s Knights Reserve Club future resident program. Your $10,000 deposit will be credited toward the full entrance fee amount due to the specific residence you select upon move-in.
Choose your castle.
You will have the opportunity to select your top two floor plan preferences. When either of your preferred floor plans becomes available, you will receive a call and be able to accept or deny that residence option.
- The first or second decline of one of your top two floor plan preferences will allow you to maintain your priority standing in the Knights Reserve Club.
- A third decline for the available residence offered (one of your top two floor plan preferences) will trigger one of two options:
- You may request a full refund of your $10,000 deposit and you will be removed from the program.
- Your Knights Reserve Club standing will be moved to a lower priority and a 2%-per-month amortization of the $10,000 deposit will begin. Any remaining portion of the $10,000 deposit will be applied as a credit toward the remainder of the entrance fee once you select a Legacy Pointe at UCF residence.

With a $2,500 deposit, your Future Knights Club Membership provides you with preferred placement (secondary to Knights Reserve Members) for future residency at Legacy Pointe at UCF. Your deposit will be credited toward the full entrance fee amount on the specific residence you select.
