UCF Robotic Pet Seal Research Study: Focus Group Session with UCF Assistant Professor Dr. Kenan Sualp, UCF School of Social Work

Legacy Pointe at UCF Arts & Crafts Room

January 7 | 9:00 am

Join UCF Assistant professor Dr. Kenan Sualp and his research team for the focus group session and hands on interaction with the robotic pet Seal. The study seeks to understand how thinking skills and cultural background (immigrant vs. nonimmigrant) influence emotional and social reactions to this innovative companion. Participation is voluntary, and the goal is to gain insights that can help improve support and care for older adults through creative, technology-based approaches.
