Legacy Pointe is proud to welcome a group of UCF nursing students who have been completing their clinical rotations within our community. We’re also honored to host Dr. Sharon Tucker, the newly appointed Dean of the UCF College of Nursing. Together, they’ll join us to share insights, connect with residents, and spend meaningful time getting to know the heart of Legacy Pointe. 

This session will explore glucose control through lifestyle choices, including a discussion on the glycemic value of various fruits and vegetables. Attendees will gain practical insights into balancing carbohydrates.

Join us as we explore some of the myths surrounding senior living communities like Legacy Pointe at UCF.

Jillian Sterritt, Manager of Marketing Communications at the UCF School of Performing Arts, will join us to share insider tips on navigating the Theatre UCF box office and give us a sneak peek into the exciting plans for UCF Celebrates the Arts happening this spring.

UCF Health Sciences graduate students will present on ways to boost cognition through stress reduction and mental exercises. This engaging lecture features hands-on activities like brain games and puzzles designed to sharpen your focus and memory.
