Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you’re concerned about yourself or a loved one, it’s best to start with a physician’s assessment. You can then match needs to the right level of assistance. When help with activities of daily living is needed, such as taking medicines, bathing, dressing, meals, transportation and housekeeping, moving into assisted living can be the answer. Rest assured, care services at Legacy Pointe are designed and managed with the same quality you find at UCF’s Colleges of Medicine and Nursing.

We’re a continuing care retirement community, also known as a CCRC. That means in addition to assisted living, we provide access to memory care and skilled nursing. These services provide round-the-clock care for someone who needs long-term supervision or support, or for individuals recovering from illness or injury.
